Conan Edogawa and his friends head to Kanagawa for the Motorcycle Festival. On the way, a mysterious black motorcycle suddenly appears, speeding out of control and even leaping over their vehicle. Pursuing it is the “Goddess of the Wind,” Kanagawa Traffic Police officer Chihaya Hagiwara. Despite her relentless chase, the rider escapes, leaving her motorcycle heavily damaged.
