The film, adapted from a real-life case, unveils for the first time the most powerful armed drug traffickers on the border. In the late 1990s, on China's southwestern frontier, the "8077" Border Armed Police Special Forces suffered heavy casualties from flash floods and the drug traffickers' scheming during an anti-drug mission. In honor of their fallen comrades, the surviving warriors of "8077" vow to launch a desperate pursuit.
